Vladimir Marchenko graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, in the Department of Culture and Sport Events Production and Choreography, as an Executive Producer and Choreographer by specialty. He received a higher education in the specialty of “Olympic and Professional Sports.” From the year 1997, he was a Master of Sport in Ukraine in DanceSport. In April 1995, he passed the exams of the United Kingdom Alliance in Ballroom and Latin with a highly commended degree.
In a very successful partnership with Aliona Pavlova (from the year 1989 to 1999), he became the Ukrainian National Champion as an Amateur and Professional. Throughout 10 years, they were the first and most successful couple representing Ukraine at the Blackpool Dance Festival. As a coach, Vladimir produced high-level students in all age categories: Ukrainian National 10-Dance Champions; World Ten Dance Champions; German Open Championship Finalists, and many more. Founder and owner of Yuventa DanceSport Club in Sunny Isles, Florida.
